As a company we are well prepared to ensure continuity of service and subject to external influences we expect our entire business operations to continue fully without major disruption.

We have in place robust IT and telephony systems; as such our customer service team are fully equipped to work remotely. At this time our Inspectors will continue on-site inspections. Where possible we may conduct inspections remotely; if the Inspector feels this is appropriate then they will make contact by phone.

In you need to contact us the preferred methods are by telephone or email, please only send us post if it is absolutely necessary.

We will continue to follow the World Health Organisation and UK Government guidelines relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and updates in terms of our operation will appear here on our website.

All surveyors are equipped with suitable PPE, it is likely that our inspectors will be wearing face masks. Should you have any concerns regarding our surveyors coming to site then please make our admin team aware when making the inspection booking. When making your inspection booking you must also advise if any family members  are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if any family member has returned from travelling within the past 14 days.
